John F. Lemker concentrates his practice in food, drug and medical device law. His varied practice includes consulting with corporations and individuals engaged in the manufacturing or distribution of food, human and animal drugs, medical devices, cosmetics and biologics regarding compliance with the requirements of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and related statutes. Mr. Lemker has assisted in the preparation and submission of premarket approval applications and has represented clients in enforcement proceedings. He has also conducted regulatory compliance audits and due diligence investigations.

Mr. Lemker has served as an adjunct professor of food and drug law at Northwestern University School of Law and at Loyola University for several years. He received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
